Validating and Understanding the requirements of the client is very important but there is one more factor that determines the outcome of the project and that is Customer themselves. Being a decisionmaker for engaging with a new project, you also need to study the profile of the Client themselves. It is as critical as going through every detail of the requirements document. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Get to know your client more, whether they are qualified for this kind of project or not. Are they related to the field ? Does their background resonate with the project they are venturing into?
